It is our policy and standard practice to have a works satisfactory note signed off by each client, on completion of any work. This gives our clients the opportunity to express any concerns and to make comments regarding our work. The comments are then passed on to management, who monitor and carry out random quality control checks on all staff and contracts.

All our staff, vehicles, equipment and members of the public are covered by our public & employers liability insurance which is assessed each year to ensure adequate cover is always the case, we take the view that you can never have too much insurance.
